When you commission Nate to create art for your family, he goes above and beyond to make sure you have top notch service and products. Before we even book your session, we sit down and get to know you, your family and your portrait needs. Most families love our canvas gallery wraps and framed collages. Coffee table albums are also a great keepsake! Once we know what your needs are, we tailor a session just for your family! The day of the session is all play! We've already done all the 'homework' at the pre-consultation on location, what to wear and most importantly, where are these images going to be displayed in your home. Two weeks after your session, we invite you back to our studio for an unveiling session where we view each image on an 8 foot screen. Seeing your images and knowing that they will be in print forever is magical! A few weeks after your unveiling session, your order is complete! There is nothing more satisfying than displaying your family artwork in your home. It lets everyone who enters know what's most important to you! Many of our families host their own 'unveiling party' with family and friends to see their new artwork!

Family portraits shouldn’t be stressful. When you book a session with NP Design & Photography, we will assist you with wardrobe consultation, location ideas, and finished product selections that will be displayed in your home. Whether it be a traditional or formal in-studio look, or a contemporary location style, we’ll work together to fulfill your vision.
When do you typically take family photos?
We do family portrait sessions throughout the year so plan around your favorite family activities. Sessions can include immediate family or extended families. We even photograph your family pets!
How long will this take? What if I don't know what to expect?
Most sessions last about an hour or so. We are with you every step of the way, from the initial pre-consultation, to capturing the images, and through the final selection and order process.
